Long to Kick Off Neighborhood Listening Tour of Saint Paul
Mayoral Candidate Wants
To Hear From All Citizens
SAINT
PAUL, MN -- Bob Long, candidate for St. Paul mayor, announced
today that he will hold a series of town hall style meetings
to hear from neighborhood residents and business owners
on issues and concerns they would like to see addressed
by the next Mayor of St. Paul. The first forum will be
held on Thursday, February 8th starting with the West
Side neighborhood. It will be held at the El Rio Vista
Recreation Center, 79 East Robie Street from 7:00 pm
- 8:30 pm.
"I intend
to hear from all of our citizens about how to keep St. Paul
a great city in which to live, work, and raise a family
and I will visit every street of every neighborhood in this
city," Long stated. "All meetings are open to all individuals
who work or live in the city and care about keeping St.
Paul moving forward," he continued. Long pledged to continue
these forums on a monthly basis after he is elected Mayor
in November.
